Lars Amsterdam combines fine dining where French cuisine forms the undisputed basis and is supplemented by Asian influences. The dishes are accompanied by a wide-ranging wine list; from simple to luxury. Lars Amsterdam wants her guests to feel at home; celebrating a birthday with a multi-course dinner, a nice dinner with friends or a nice glass of wine with one dish is also possible.
Lars Scharp opened Lars Amsterdam at the beginning of September 2018. “Lars Amsterdam” is located in the Moxy Hotel on the Danzigerkade in the Houthavens in Amsterdam. Lars Scharp previously worked for 8 years at the Michelin two-star restaurant “Aan de Poel”. Lars Amsterdam is spacious and measures 400 square meters and has around 60 place settings.
